We are thrilled to participate in the 2017 annual conference of the American Association GLUT1 Deficiency Foundation, happening in Nashville.
This event is one of the largest gatherings dedicated to GLUT1 deficiency syndrome (GLUT1DS) worldwide, bringing together a diverse group of patient families, healthcare professionals, and advocates.
During the conference, we had the opportunity to make a presentation about METAglut1™, our rapid innovative IVD blood test, designed to aid the early diagnosis of GLUT1DS.
Glut1 Deficiency Syndrom (Glut1DS), also known as De Vivo Disease, is a rare neuro metabolic disorder that can significantly impact the lives of affected children.
We believe that our diagnostic tool represents a significant advancement in identifying the condition, which can have profound implications for affected individuals and their families.
About the event organizer
The Glut1 Deficiency Foundation is a non-profit organization founded by parents of children affected by Glut1DS. The foundation is dedicated to raising awareness of the disease among healthcare professionals and advocating for early detection and support for families.
Our collaboration with the Foundation aims to enhance recognition of Glut1DS and ensure that families receive the assistance they need in their daily lives.
Our participation to the foundation’s annual meeting was inspired by our moving interactions with the Collective Solhand, and we are grateful for the opportunity to support meaningful initiatives together.
