In line with its development strategy, METAFORA has gathered an international scientific board in Paris on October 10^th. Among the attendees we were happy to welcome Pr. Darryl De Vivo who is a world recognized children neurologist and who first described the GLUT1 deficiency syndrome (GLUT1DS) for which we have developed a diagnostics test.

At the end of the board meeting, participants were enthusiastic about the medical promises of the first diagnostics test developed by METAFORA, some members of the board predicting that this is the ultimate solution for diagnosing GLUT1DS in a fast and efficient way.

At this stage and after reviewing the preliminary results obtained by the company, it is reasonable to envision future major breakthroughs in cancerology and inflammatory diseases.
